Quality Control

At MEC we use MieTrak Manufacturing Software, which is an Enterprise Resource Planning tool. This tool gives us full traceability of all materials and components, through to the finished product. We pride ourselves on offering a quality and cost-effective service that is time efficient. All work files are retained indefinitely so we can go back to the job history if required, this gives us the ability to learn and improve on repeated work.

We have thorough health and safety systems, risk assessments and method statements as well as quality checks on machinery and products. We are working towards ISO 9001 Accreditation, our documents and process are already in line with this standard.
